The City of Port Phillip plans to redevelop and extend Lilian Cannam Kindergarten to offer higher functionality, accessibility, condition and while achieving a target licensed capacity of 73 children and 14 staff members. The facility currently operates with 55 children and 10 staff members, at any given time. RedSquare Traffic was engaged by City of Port Phillip to prepare a Transport Impact Assessment (TIA) pertaining to the proposed redevelopment and extension of Lilian Cannam Kindergarten at 97 Eastern Road, South Melbourne.
